a) People made up this language to understand each other if they don't speak one and the same language. If a Frenchman meets a Russian, they can’t speak to each other as their languages are not the same. English serves as this kind of language for people of most countries.
b) The system people of one nationality use to speak with each other with the help of words.
c) It is a very simple variant of English for easy international use. Some authors write textbooks in it with easy texts and exercises. Some English schools in foreign countries teach it at the early stage of learning English.
d) People have developed this system to represent the English language with hand signals and use it often in deaf education.
