1 Try to eat healthy food and avoid cafeteria food because even seemingly healthy options, like veg hamburgers, are still not good for you.
2 Don’t skip your breakfast: this crashes your metabolism and your energy level drops by the middle of the day. If you really don’t have time for breakfast, try some fruit and yogurt or a bowl of oatmeal.
3 Drink much water, you’ll feel better, your body will feel healthier and you’ll make the most of each class.
4 Take your vitamins: they help stay active and energetic.
5 Ride your bike or walk to school, this will boost your energy and you’ll stay alert during the day.
6 Allow yourself breaks from study outdoors. Outdoor activities improve your concentration and mood.
7 Learn how to manage your time. Doing your homework the night before it’s due will not do, you’d rather do it a bit in advance.
8 Make some time for exercise. You certainly can do it on weekends, but it’s better to get in some physical activity at least two or three times during your working week.
9 Playing a sport will teach you how to stay fit as well as how to do teamwork. You can make use of your school gym for doing sports.
10 Try to stay calm and self-disciplined. It’s easy to become obsessed with your school results in the last year but being nervous won’t do you any good.
